Content Writer

Altitude Himalaya Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with a passion for travel and storytelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content that promotes the company's travel destinations, trekking packages, and tourism services. Candidates with field travel experience and a strong understanding of adventure tourism will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for websites, blogs, travel guides, itineraries, and marketing materials.
• Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Create SEO-friendly content to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
• Conduct destination and travel-related research to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop content strategies and campaigns.
• Update and optimize existing website content as required.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content platforms.
• Coordinate with photographers, designers, and travel experts to create compelling travel stories.
• Stay updated with travel trends, tourism news, and digital content best practices.
• Meet content deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and originality.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong creative writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce error-free content.

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Content Writer.

• Strong portfolio of published articles, blogs, or travel-related content.
• Familiarity with SEO tools and digital content marketing is an added advantage.
