Job Description
The Branding Officer is responsible for managing, monitoring, and ensuring the effective utilization of all company branding assets. This role focuses on maintaining brand consistency, conducting audits, coordinating with field teams and vendors, and enhancing brand visibility across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Asset Management
Maintain and regularly update the Brand Asset Register
Track all branding materials such as posters, hoardings, standees, and promotional assets
Ensure proper allocation, usage, and retrieval of branding materials
Brand Audit & Compliance
Conduct regular audits of branding assets across different locations
Evaluate condition, placement, and visibility of materials
Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines
Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
Field Coordination
Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and installation teams
Ensure proper placement and maintenance of branding materials
Monitor timely replacement of damaged or outdated assets
Monitoring Brand Visibility
Assess market presence and visibility of branding materials
Ensure optimal placement for maximum impact
Provide regular updates on brand visibility performance
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit detailed audit reports
Maintain photographic and documented records of branding placements
Track inventory movement and usage of assets
Maintenance & Upkeep
Ensure branding materials are clean, intact, and well-maintained
Coordinate repairs, replacements, and upgrades
Minimize loss or damage of company assets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Accuracy and maintenance of Brand Asset Register
Quality and frequency of audit reports
Percentage of branding assets in good condition
Timely execution of branding placements
Improvement in brand visibility and compliance
Job Specification
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing operations, or field coordination
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
High attention to detail
Field coordination and vendor management skills
Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles
Strong reporting and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
Working Conditions:
Frequent field visits required
Coordination with multiple stakeholders and vendors
Travel within assigned regions may be required
