We are seeking a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage and maintain inventory, materials, tools, and equipment at the project site. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, timely issuance of materials, and proper storage practices to support smooth site operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials delivered to the site.
- Issue materials to site personnel according to approved requests.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or replenishment requirements.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and site management teams regarding material requirements.
- Maintain all store-related documents, records, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in the storage area.
