Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling candidates interested in going abroad for employment, handling interview coordination, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel candidates on overseas job opportunities, eligibility, and documentation requirements
  • Coordinate and handle interviews between candidates and employers
  • Guide candidates through the application and selection process
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status
  • Address candidate queries and concerns professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of candidate files
Job Specification
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Intermediate (+2) education or above
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle candidate interviews and counseling sessions independently
  • Basic knowledge of overseas employment processes preferred
