- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or similar field with at least 3 years of counseling experience.
- Basic knowledge of national and International labour Laws & standards.
- Good command in English and Nepali languages and good computer skills.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Based in Kathmandu with frequent field visits out of valley

Job Specification
- Provide counseling to trainees and their families, contractors, employers.
- Moniitor the status of trainee’s family and financial condition.Supervise the day‐to‐day activities of GoodWeave project activities and reporting to the Project Coordinator.
- Develop case stories and success stories of trainees.
- Monitor the activities of trainees during trainings and prepare the progress and evaluation
reports. - Follow up with the trainees with their income status and reporting.
- Regular reporting to supervisor on project activities. Support in finalization of training venue with close coordination with Program Assistant.
- Work as a key role in the recruitment of trainees and maintain the filing system of trainee’s personal information.
- Assist the supervisor in preparation of activity plans, budgets and reports. Carry out other jobs instructed by senior of officials of NGF.
