Job Description
  • Bachelor's Degree in Developmental Studies, Rural Development, Social Science or any other related field. The priority will be given to the candidate who has Master Degree in Developmental Studies, Rural Development & Social Science.
  • At least two years of working experiences in related field.
  • Experience of working with supported projects.
  • Having good knowledge of BAsic Computer Software's.
  • Experience of working with governance related project will be highly valued.
Job Specification
  • The project officer will be responsible for coordination, planning, implementation and monitoring of the program activities with close coordination of NPC.
  • Support to implementing partners in planning and implementation of project activities.
  • Assists the NPC for coordination of all project activities at central level as well as at field level.
  • Support the NPC in preparing work plans and procedural guidelines of each project event according to the project document and to facilitate workshops, meetings, discussion programs and seminars at central level.
  • Needs to travel the project districts (Kavre, Morang, Illam, Jhapa, Panchthar & Taplejung) frequently.
