Job Description
Preferred Qualification and Experience:
- Masters Degree with minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in infrastructure construction, social mobilization, WASH, livelihood, and project cycle management is essential.
- Good interpersonal communication, facilitation, coordination and presentation skills and excellent communication and report writing skills both in English and Nepali are equally important.
Job Specification
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Take lead on programmatic and financial management of the project.
- Provide professional support to partner organizations for result-based planning and implementation of the program particularly on livelihoods, WASH and shelter construction.
- Ensure quality of survey, design, estimate of the construction related activities of the project.
- Liaise with district and national level stakeholders for construction related activities.
- Ensure government policies, guidelines, directives in the project activities design and implementation.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports as required, and check quality, accuracy, consistency and coherence with work plan and budget.
- Build capacity of the implementing partners as per the requirement to implement project smoothly.
- Visit project sites regularly, observe the status of implementation plans/action, assess/evaluate program results.
