Preferred Qualification and Experience:
Masters Degree with minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in infrastructure construction, social mobilization, WASH, livelihood, and project cycle management is essential.
Good interpersonal communication, facilitation, coordination and presentation skills and excellent communication and report writing skills both in English and Nepali are equally important.
Job Specification
Key Job Responsibilities:
Take lead on programmatic and financial management of the project.
Provide professional support to partner organizations for result-based planning and implementation of the program particularly on livelihoods, WASH and shelter construction.
Ensure quality of survey, design, estimate of the construction related activities of the project.
Liaise with district and national level stakeholders for construction related activities.
Ensure government policies, guidelines, directives in the project activities design and implementation.
Prepare and submit periodic reports as required, and check quality, accuracy, consistency and coherence with work plan and budget.
Build capacity of the implementing partners as per the requirement to implement project smoothly.
Visit project sites regularly, observe the status of implementation plans/action, assess/evaluate program results.
