Job Description
  • Graduate/PG degree in social work/development studies/Psychology/ Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
  •  4-5 years of working experience in the social Development sector
Job Specification
  • Facilitating the development, management and Implementation of Programmes in line with the regional strategy and within the CBM’s Standards and Budgets through appropriate Programme Management systems
  • Communicate with partners as the first point of contact. 
  • Identify needs and support the Programme Manager to organise training and capacity building for PERIP partners.
  • Initiate and support development of innovative projects/ programmes
  • Plan and coordinate financial reviews/ assessment of partners in consulting with the programme finance team and respective line managers.
  • Support development of inclusive programmes in coordination with partners and RO teams. 
  • Co-ordinate and provide reports as required on projects for internal and external stakeholders including funders
  • Assists the finance section in the evaluation of financial statement and accounts abstract and in the preparation of accounts checklists for projects his/ her care. 
  • Documenting and sharing of experiences and good practices followed in partners organisations.
