Job Description
- Gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities.
- Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.
- Responsible for identifying customer needs and providing them investment options in our real estate products
- Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
- Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
- Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets. etc
- Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.
- Give advice to the real estate development team based on the market research
- Help to Plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
- Procure and manage external sales & marketing agencies as required.
- Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements.
Job Specification
- Bachelor degree in a business related field, preferably Commercial Property, Marketing or Investments.
- Minimum of 1 years in sales/marketing management, preferably in Real Estate
- Ability to manage internal and external resources where appropriate to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.
- High computer literacy, professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven attention to detail.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required.
- Promoting projects on Social Media Sites and platform like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin,
- Online Project Listing and posting of online classified adds
