Job Description

Preferred Qualification and Experience:ight holda

  • Masters Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in agriculture, livelihood, micro enterpreneurship development is essential.
  • Good interpersonal communication, facilitation, coordination and presentation skills and excellent communication and report writing skills both in English and Nepali.
Job Specification

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and build capacity of implementing partners in development and implementation of livelihood activities within the project framework.
  • Monitor the status of implementation of planned activities and keep updated to the immediate supervisor.
  • Develop strong and effective coordination with duty bearers (local and district level) to increase the access of right holders over resources andd help them in increasing their access, voice and influence.
  • Provide technical support to implementing partners in developing viable, adoptable, climate-smart, and resource conserving agriculture practices and enterpreneurship development for right holder communities.
  • Develop pragmatic value chain(with backward and forward linkage) in on and off farm interventions.
  • Collect SCE (Significant Change Evidence) and documentation of stories of  sucesses and challenges.
