Preffered Qualification And Experience:
- Masters Degree in Accounting or Business Studies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance is required.
- Applications must have knowledge of computerized accounting software.
- Should have a prior working experience with INGOs.
Job Specification
Key Responsibilities responsibilities:
- Ensure proper compliance of policy and procedures pertaining to program operation.
- Monitor the status of the budget expenditure in line with periodic plan.
- Consolidate and compile periodic reports received from the partners; and produce final reports required by the management as well as for own purpose.
- Assist management team in developing strategic action plans, policies, and systems, including designing programs and projects.
- Monitors partners organization and share its area of improvement with organizations management and staffs and manager.
- Maintain and update filing of finance and administration documentation.
