Should have atleast Bachelors degree in relevant field.
Strong communication and analytical skills and fluent in spoken and written English and Nepali
Knowledge and skills in basic computer skills.

Good knowledge and experience of participatory approaches in programme/project development and implementation, climate change and DRR interface.
A good team worker and coordination at individual and institutional level.
Willingness and enthusiasm for working under pressure and multiple tasks condition with vulnerable communities living in project areas.
