Education and Experience

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in mass communication, social work/rural development and rural management/social sciences
  • 2-3 years of working experience in the NGOs and international agencies particularly in Monitoring evaluation and learning

2.    Ability to work in teams and collaborate with staff at all levels.
3.    Well organized with the ability to multitask. 
4.    Ability to handle complex issues and Problem solving skills
Technical 
5.    Good communication skills in English (oral & written) and Hindi
6.    Excellent Financial Management skills. 
7.    Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
8.    Good knowledge in computerized accountancy.
9.    Well versed  in accounting procedures, tally, NGO legal and statutory compliances, project planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting and conducting financial evaluations

 

Job Specification

Major Responsibilities
•    To supervise regular data collection through implementing partners and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations
•    To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way
•    Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the relevant Project Officers and Partners.
•    Establish a documentation and communication system and act as lead person for program and organizational documentation and develop communication materials for different stakeholders.
•    Prepare monthly/bi-annual/annual reports and communication materials for CBM country office. 
•    Train staff of strategic partner organizations to improve their skills on documentation of field experiences, lessons learnt, success story and case studies.
•    Facilitation of interregional learning and exchange
•    Documenting and sharing of experiences and good practices followed in partners organisations.
