Summary: The person will be responsible for planning, scheduling and managing overall program activities of the organisation. This position requires travel to remote areas of the country.
Specific Responsibilities:
■ Plan, schedule and execute overall programs of the organisation.
■ Manage and supervise program activities in districts and schools.
■ Assist in teacher training, program monitoring, technology deployment in schools.
■ Work with technical team to estimate, design and procure required technical equipments.
■ Manage and coordinate the maintenance/replacement of equipment from from program schools.
■ Manage the timely release of educational content in coordination with the content development team.
■ Assist in the recruiting of required program staff and volunteers.
■ Prepare progress/monitoring/final reports and report to donors.
■ Manage internal project documentation.
■ Establish and maintain regular contact with various partners and stakeholders, and promote organisation’s mission in public programs.
■ Participate in discussions with officials and experts from the concerned government agencies and other stakeholders.
■ Advise senior management on new and existing programs on improving school education through the use of innovative technology.
