Job Description
- Responsible for day to day operation and personal management, communication, and administration.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Preparation of contracts and agreements for employees.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database.
- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Maintain good relationship with the employees
Job Specification
- Bachelor degree
- Effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Able to handle pressure with limited supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English & Nepali)
- Having a pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Proficiency in MS office software (MS WORD, MS EXCEL, MS POWERPOINT etc)
- Proper understanding of labor law
