Job Description
- Consolidate financial activities across various business units within Trade Tower Group, including rental and hotel divisions.
- Prepare and manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Handle VAT and tax matters, including filing returns and liaising with tax authorities tax.
- Manage bank accounts for different business units, overseeing transactions and reconciliations.
- Supervise and provide guidance to business unit accountants, ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field.
- Proven experience in financial consolidation and reporting, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
- Strong knowledge of VAT and tax regulations, with experience in compliance and reporting.
- Proficiency in bank account management and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively oversee and support team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
