Job Description
Swargadwari Bee Concern Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Sales & Marketing Staff to promote our products and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of maximizing sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to clients and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide updates to the management.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client inquiries.
- Utilize full potential, skills, and creativity to achieve sales goals.
Job Specification
- Academic Qualification: +2 or above.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales/marketing experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong self-motivation, dedication, and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary: NPR 15,000 per month
- Additional: Sales incentives, daily allowances, and performance-based rewards.
- Highly experienced and eligible candidates may receive a higher salary, as per negotiation and company policy.
