Job Description

Surjan Manpower Supplier is seeking skilled and professional Bartenders to prepare, mix, and serve drinks to guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, follow standard recipes, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and equipment.
Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Handle cash transactions and manage billing for drinks served.
Assist in training junior bar staff and maintain team coordination.
Manage guest complaints or requests professionally and efficiently.

Job Specification

Prior experience as a Bartender, Head Waiter, or similar supervisory role preferred.
Knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash and billing.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
