Job Description
To provide therapeutic care and interventions that support the development, learning, and well-being of children with autism and related conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify children’s developmental and sensory needs.
Design and implement individualized therapy programs to improve motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Track and document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Provide guidance and training to parents on at-home support strategies.
Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and empathy in all interactions.
Participate in internal meetings, case discussions, and continuous training sessions.
Job Specification
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong motivation and learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of child development and autism spectrum disorders.
Ability to design and adapt therapy programs to individual needs.
