Job Description
Sales Officer is responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company’s product range — including espresso machines, coffee beans, grinders, and related accessories. This role requires proactive field visits, market research, and consistent follow-up to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Additional training or certification in sales, marketing, or customer relations will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the coffee, hospitality, or FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in field sales, client visits, and achieving monthly targets.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
- Good knowledge of market trends and customer behavior.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
