Job Description
  • Good Knowledge Of GDS System ( Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Flight Booking: Assist customers in booking flights by providing information on available routes, schedules, fares, and airline policies. Help customers select appropriate flights based on their preferences and budget constraints.
  • Ticket Issuance: Issue tickets for confirmed bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring all relevant information is provided to the customer. Verify passenger details, travel dates, and flight itineraries before issuing tickets.
  • Reservation Management: Manage flight reservations, including making changes to existing bookings, processing cancellations, and handling seat assignments as per customer requests and airline policies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the booking process. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations and ensure satisfaction.
  • Fare Calculation: Calculate fares accurately based on airline tariffs, taxes, fees, and any applicable discounts or promotions. Provide transparent pricing information to customers and assist them in understanding the total cost of their travel.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary travel documents, such as e-tickets, boarding passes, and visa information, are provided to customers in a timely manner. Verify the validity of travel documents and assist customers with any documentation requirements.
  • Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations, airline policies, and company procedures related to ticketing, reservations, and customer service. Stay updated on changes in airline policies, fare structures, and travel regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer bookings, ticket issuance, payments, and other relevant information using reservation systems and ticketing software. Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including sales representatives, travel agents, and ground staff, to ensure seamless coordination of travel arrangements and deliver a positive customer experience.
