Job Description
- To ensure that the transcription of pathology requests forms and auditing of the transcripted information is carried out accurately.
- Applicants are expected to be with the company at least for two years
- This role requires availability to work between various hours of the day during various days of the week on a rostered basis

Other Specification:
- Basic Computer skills
- An ability to work to deadlines
- An ability to type fast but reliably
- Good attention to detail
- If you have accurate typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 wpm you are encouraged to apply
- Accuracy and efficiency working under pressure in addition to the ability to communicate and work well as part of a team are also required for this role
- Experience in a previous medical typing role and/or familiarity with medical terminology is desirable but not essential
- Previous study in the field of Science(+2 or BSc) is an added advantage
- Willingness to learn medical terminology is essential
- Must be able to work various shift work during morning, day and night.
