Job Description
Assist the coaches and other trainers in their tasks ● Accompany the youth from 17 to 25 years old with low educational background ● Help the coaches in guiding the Youth about their PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT and JOB PREPARATION (coordination with the coaches) ● Train and teach the Youth about EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS: business, management, organization, communication (in particular English speaking), computer, professionalism, time management... ● You will be a role model, inspires and reveals the talents of the Youth ● You will develop and maintain the partners’ network around the project
