Job Description
- Handling the Inquiries related to Domestic and International Tour packages.
- Carry out all follow up procedures pertaining to customer travel, i.e. reconfirmation, rescheduling and reissuing of air tickets
- Maximize sales and revenues by converting the inquiries related to domestic and international air tickets
- Handling the BSP and GDS reporting with cancellation, refund, reschedule and reissue of Air Tickets
Other Specification
- Minimum two years of experience of international holidays package selling
- Knowledge about local inbound packages will be an advantage
- Excellent Command Of English and Nepali (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Knowledge of Airline Fare rules, BSP reconciliations, Ticket Cancellations & refunds.
- We should have the good knowledge about Budget airlines and group bookings.
- Highly Skilled in Customer Services
- Typing Nepali as well as English and Computer friendly (web page, graphic and MS Office and internet etc.)
