Job Description
  • Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of project deliverable and resources
  • Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes
  • Establishes Service Level Agreements for effective management of system services
  • Perform SLA contract management and oversee support operations
  • Liaise with client business leads for Process improvement and effective delivery
  • Ensure a stable and secure operational environment for Clients to ensure and increase system availability, reliability and scalability through the management of internal and external services
  • Responsible to establish and build vendor and partner relationships, as well as manage the outsourced Services
  • Establishes and owns internal and external processes, these include: TFS integration, SLA standards, financial contracts, KPIs, escalations
  • Responsible for system documentation
  • Propose, sponsor and provide budget planning for operations projects to maintain and improve operational services
  • Responsible for deploying resources, performance evaluation, pay reviews, and hire/fire decisions
  • Develops departmental plans, including business, production, operational and/or organizational priorities
Job Specification
  • Lead a blended team of engineers working on product development and project deployment
  • Agile development processes within project life cycle constraints
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a results-oriented environment, continuing to deliver quality service and consistently meet deadlines
  • Working within a combination insource/outsource environment and having experience developing service level agreements with external clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and explain technical information to non-technical people
