• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or B.E or related field
• Ability to work under tight time constraints with dynamic requirements
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail
• Capacity to work well in groups
• Knowledge about the subject area in which they are working
• Expert in both LAN and WAN technologies, with experience supporting multiple remote locations.
• Experience in administration of DNS, Mysql, SQL, LDAP, EMAIL, Shell scripting and LAMP stack and few essential services along with automation.
• *RHCE, CCNA or any relevant virtualization certification will be an added advantage
• Should have strong knowledge of Windows Servers and Unix like operating systems
• Should have good concept and experience on network design and principles
• Should have good knowledge on Load Balancing, security, and web vulnerabilities
• Should have good knowledge on VMware ESX, Xen, AWS, Azure etc
• Should be energetic and dynamic
• Should have good interpersonal skills, and excellent English communication skills

Job Description

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
