Job Description
- Prepare purchase statement report
- Prepare sales and dispatch statement report
- Prepare stock report of all distribution go-downs with transit goods
- Cross check all purchases and sales bills; debit and credit note
- Check transportation bills (only secondary dispatch) and forward to supervisor for finalization with breakage details
- Ensure all dispatch activities fall under Vehicle & Consignment tracking system and Support (VCTS)
