Job Description

• Preparation of Annual Marketing Budgets.
• Devising appropriate marketing strategies and business plan and ensure effective execution of the same.
• Preparation of Marketing Activities Calendar.
• Analyzing the market by timely Collection of the market information such as competitor strategies and activities and reporting to management accordingly.
• Responsible for the marketing and business promotion of vehicles, services, and spare parts and related products.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, and Display)
• Manage social media marketing campaigns
• Successful and effective launch of new product.
• Identify and materialize Branding and Promotion opportunity in term of trade benefits
• Media Planning, Organizing Trade fairs, Promotional Events, Campaigns and Exhibitions.
• Agency / Vendor Management for quality and timely procurement at best price.

Job Specification

• MBA/ MBS Marketing having at least 2-4 years of working experience in the capacity of Asst. BTL Marketing Manager preferably in Automobile trading sector.
• In-depth knowledge of automobile market of the Nepal.
• Sound knowledge of Automobile business process.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Highly creative, innovative, out of the box thinker.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
