Job Description
  • Coordinate and oversee the staff recruitment and selection process - this includes preparing job adverts, short listing, scheduling and organize interviews, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Oversee staff performance and attendance.
  • Maintain HR administrative record.
  • Conduct employee’s evaluations and being familiar with performance evaluation tools along with their implementation and analysis techniques.
  • Analyze and plan training & development needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and council on human resource and work related issues.
  • Design and implement HR policies especially on issues like working conditions, disciplinary procedure, absence management and others.
  • Arrange and attend disciplinary enquiries and grievance hearings as the HR representative.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Job Specification
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Masters in Public Administration or equivalent form recognized university with 2 years experiences or Bachelor's Degree with 4 years experiences in Human Resource Management
  • Excellent skill in MS-Office package
  • Strong written and oral communication skill in English & Nepali are essential
