Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee the staff recruitment and selection process - this includes preparing job adverts, short listing, scheduling and organize interviews, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Oversee staff performance and attendance.
- Maintain HR administrative record.
- Conduct employee’s evaluations and being familiar with performance evaluation tools along with their implementation and analysis techniques.
- Analyze and plan training & development needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
- Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and council on human resource and work related issues.
- Design and implement HR policies especially on issues like working conditions, disciplinary procedure, absence management and others.
- Arrange and attend disciplinary enquiries and grievance hearings as the HR representative.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Job Specification
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or Masters in Public Administration or equivalent form recognized university with 2 years experiences or Bachelor's Degree with 4 years experiences in Human Resource Management
- Excellent skill in MS-Office package
- Strong written and oral communication skill in English & Nepali are essential
