Job Description

  • HR Administration & Leave Management Process.
  • Ensuring the implementation & adherence of various policies, processes, procedures & systems across the organization.
  • Manage the transactional elements of HR including HR reporting, maintaining Employee data, and drafting employment contracts and will assist with the implementation of various HR systems.
  • Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, tracking candidates and follow-ups, Processing CVs, Updating/Maintaining Internal database.
  • Make recommendations where appropriate regarding improvements to existing policies, procedures, and systems
  • Develop a good working relationship with other departments and all employees.

Job Specification

Education Level     :     Bachelor
Experience Required     :     More than 2 years

Other Specification

  •     Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law, or related field.
  •     In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR functions, and best practices.
  •     Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  •     Knowledge of employment legislation.
  •     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •     Excellent typing skills in Nepali and English.
