Job Description
- Respond to social media (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp/Viber) and telephone queries and pick orders
- Develop and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Negotiate sales deal with perspective client
- Collaborate with wholesalers and carrier companies
- Track record of the products sent through carrier companies
- Maintain record of purchase, sales and stock
- Maintain database of every client (customers, whole seller, carriers)
- Prepare daily report and present to the Department Head
