Job Description
  • Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
  • Maintain quality control for all food served
  • Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
  • Project future needs for goods, Bar supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
  • Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
  • Daily briefing to food and Beverage Attendants
  • Daily reporting to General Manager, etc.
Job Specification
  • S/he must be a BHM graduate
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience
  • Smart, good looking, creative, proactive, service and result oriented
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to lead the respective department with target oriented performance
  • Females are mostly preferred
