Job Description
  • To distribute annual planning, monthly, quarterly, branch wise.
  • To plan for marketing activity to promote AMC service, spare for customer satisfaction in coordination with concerned Department Heads.
  • To ensure planning for branch wise/model wise training plan.
  • To finalize new upcoming annual target based on market opportunities.
  • To distribute annual target branch wise to all service employees.
  • To coordinate and ensure branch wise, service engineer wise, AMC target in month wise.
  • To communicate complete annual AMC target & its strategy for achievement with each service engineers.
  • To review and analyze the performance of the sub-ordinates against the target and upcoming months plan and activities.
  • Ensure maximization of machine visit by service engineers, follow up customer for timely service.
  • Ensure that standard service process of working is being followed in the workshop and at site.
  • Ensure the implementation of planned service process and system in order to increase efficiency of the service team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling difficult customer complaint.
  • To ensure that typical and repetitive problems are being escalated to the top level and timely resolve by escalating it to the principal company.
  • Develop long term sustainability through AMC.
  • Ensure defect free machines to the customers from PDI
Job Specification
  • BA/BBS/MBA/MBS having at least 5+ years of working experience in the capacity of Service Manager ( Preferred in Heavy Equipment)In depth knowledge of automobile market of the Nepal.
  • Sound knowledge of Automobile business process.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Highly creative, innovative, out of the box thinker.
