Position: Senior R&D Engineer (Recent Job)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior R&D Engineer (ML) for our company who can research on innovative tools and technologies, identifying the best approach and design-development of the Javra products. The candidate is responsible for taking lead on ML aspects of the ongoing/new projects representing the R&D Department of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

●Research on new and best fit technologies for ongoing and/or new projects and take initiation for the development leading the technical efforts required.

● Investigate design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility

● Machine Learning pipelines and related software applications

● Effectively guide and/or manage the technical work of junior engineers.

● Develop product concepts, specifications, drawings.

● Participate in development teams as the R&D representative and technical lead

● Operate in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules

● Support development & debugging, software development tooling and processes

Requirements

● Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in ML developing and deploying machine learning projects using MLOps principles.

● Experience in Python Frameworks, Machine Learning Frameworks (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, Tensorflow)

● Having knowledge of NodeJS, NOSQL database systems will be a plus point

●Experience with Microservices and the Azure Cloud along with automated tests, CI/CD pipelines

● Good understanding of 3D Graphics and familiarity with Blender.

● Sound communication skills and ability to adapt to changes in deadlines.
