Job Description

  • Manage Kitchen Staff (schedules,  duty assignments, train new staff and motivate)
  • Maintain weekly/monthly inventory of food supplies and kitchen equipments
  • Manage culinary and labor cost
  • Creative use of food waste
  • Develop new recipes for monthly specials, events and update Menu
  • Supervise food storage, preparation, cooking and presentation while maintaining quality and consistency 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead, communicate and good decision-makings
  • Report to the Managing Director
