Job Description
- Manage Kitchen Staff (schedules, duty assignments, train new staff and motivate)
- Maintain weekly/monthly inventory of food supplies and kitchen equipments
- Manage culinary and labor cost
- Creative use of food waste
- Develop new recipes for monthly specials, events and update Menu
- Supervise food storage, preparation, cooking and presentation while maintaining quality and consistency
- Strong interpersonal skills to lead, communicate and good decision-makings
- Report to the Managing Director
