Position: Sales & Marketing Officer (Recent Job)

Implement marketing strategy and tactics to ensure maximum sales and revenue volume at minimum cost in each targeted market segment (i.e. General consumer, market segment or VIP)
Market the company’s brand in the correct manner to ensure a high level of awareness and acknowledgment of all amenities
Cultivates and maintains excellent customer relations with both existing and new clients
Act as a resource for guests, management, and employees, to ensure a maximum level of satisfaction and service throughout the department and the casino
Coordinate with other hotel F&B Managers and Front Office Managers for arranging special amenities for high worth guests
Work to reactivate inactive VIP guests through direct contact i.e. mail, telephone, personal visits, etc.
Interact with internal and external resources to identify VIP guests
Resolves guest complaints and/or conflicts
Maintain a working knowledge of casino facilities as well as current and upcoming special events, promotions on property in order to advise guests and fellow employees
Encourage mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all employees by setting positive examples at all times
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
