Job Description
- Carry out promotional activities as per company's promotional plan/strategies
- Oversee the production order, coordinate with production team and customer
- Sales pitching and presentation to potential customers
- Database management of the customers
- Monitor and make sure that there is a smooth running of customer service areas and satisfaction
- Interact with the clients in order to make sure that satisfaction and promotion of facilities and services are adequately met.
- Deal with customer’s complaint and listen with some feedbacks so as to improve services
