Position: Retail Manager-2 Wheeler (Recent Job)

Job Description

• Achieve Sales Target
• Coordinate with Retail team for Marketing, and sales team Plan
• Make sure of the proper implementation of SOP & management guidelines.
• Introduce new Brands and products in store with proper agreement as per consignee base
• Make sure proper Branding in store.
• Make Sure Smooth Delivery Process to deliver the customer as per commitment by store
• Justify the Delivery cost of all individual stores
• Smooth operation of PMS(Preventive Maintenance Service) and Product installation
• Coordination with Factory team for dispatch and damage product receiving in store
• Planning for Sales promotion plan in advance day of period and preparing marketing activity materials for the store
• Coordination with Retail team for proper implementation of Sales Plan, Marketing Plan and Sales Team plan
• Oversee pricing and stock control.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Preparing promotional materials and displays.
• Monitoring Aged and damaged stock available in store and solve issues from concern departments
• Conducting and Organizing Staff’s benefit oriented training

Job Specification

1. .Proven work experience as Retail Manager or similar role 
2. Experience in a sales position is a plus
3. Excellent organizational skills
4. Solid communication and presentation abilities
5. Strong Leadership
6.  Customer management abilities
7. Knowledge of business management process
