Job Description
- Identifying and acquiring new dealers, as well as up-selling to the existing dealer base across the region.
- Coordinate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
- Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in the region
- Achieving sales targets by supporting, coaching, and controlling the activities of the sales team to ensure maximum brand exposure and revenue.
- Presenting new sales techniques and strategies to the team.
- Working with the management team for product development, price, annual marketing plan, and conducting market research in order to identify market requirements, client needs for current and future products
- Developing and implementing a company-wide plan to market and sell products while working with all departments.
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in the sales management team and previous experience with the Paints manufacturing company shall be preferred.
- Proven ability to develop sales and marketing strategies with effective communication
- Ability to develop relationships and work extensively with Dealers and Customers in the given area.
