Job Description
  1. Identifying and acquiring new dealers, as well as up-selling to the existing dealer base across the region.
  2. Coordinate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
  3. Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
  4. Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
  5. Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in the region
  6. Achieving sales targets by supporting, coaching, and controlling the activities of the sales team to ensure maximum brand exposure and revenue.
  7. Presenting new sales techniques and strategies to the team.
  8. Working with the management team for product development, price, annual marketing plan, and conducting market research in order to identify market requirements, client needs for current and future products
  9. Developing and implementing a company-wide plan to market and sell products while working with all departments.
Job Specification
  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  2. At least 7 years of proven experience in the sales management team and previous experience with the Paints manufacturing company shall be preferred.
  3. Proven ability to develop sales and marketing strategies with effective communication
  4. Ability to develop relationships and work extensively with Dealers and Customers in the given area.
