Job Description
- Visiting store locations
- Working with store managers
- Support nbsp;Store Managers with day-to-day store operation
- Evaluate store and individual performances
- Report on regional sales results and other operations issues to Central Office
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Assessing the productivity and achievements of the stores
- Recommending changes
- Mentoring employees
- Implementing and enforcing company regulations
- Planning and coordinate sales training sessions
- Recruiting, interviewing employees
- Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets
- Attending conferences, events and meetings
- Leading by example
- Preparing, reviewing and reporting on budgets and expenditure
- Focus should be also on Inventory Management and counting as it is integral part of our business
