Job Description

 

  • Visiting store locations
  • Working with store managers
  • Support nbsp;Store Managers with day-to-day store operation
  • Evaluate store and individual performances
  • Report on regional sales results and other operations issues to Central Office
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
  • Assessing the productivity and achievements of the stores
  • Recommending changes
  • Mentoring employees
  • Implementing and enforcing company regulations
  • Planning and coordinate sales training sessions
  • Recruitinginterviewing employees
  • Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets
  • Attending conferences, events and meetings
  • Leading by example
  • Preparingreviewing and reporting on budgets and expenditure
  • Focus should be also on Inventory Management and counting as it is integral part of our business
