Job Description
>
  • Recruitment for both in HLE Sydney and Nepal 
  • Manage the screening and testing of potential applicants
  • Manage all recruitment advertising including posting, updating and monitoring ads for both HLE Sydney and Nepal
  • Maintain contact with recruitment candidates including initial phone screening, invites to interviews, follow up conversations and info night invitations
  • Assist in the development of assessments/exams
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Conducting resume searches for suitable candidates (Seek Premium, Indeed, Linked In) for Sydney recruitment
  • Conduct outbound phone calls for prospective candidates for Broker roles and other roles as needed for HLE Sydney
  • Respond to messages in HLE Facebook page in regards to hiring
  • Update Career Page on HLE Nepal’s website
  • Providing timely feedback to candidates and maintaining database for recruitment
  • Prepare and Post open positions in job portals both in HLE Sydney and Nepal 
  • Prepare offer letters for candidates
  • Other duties as needed
  • Job Specification
    >
  • Two years of experience in recruitment with exceptional analytical skills
  • Superior communication (both written and verbal in English and Nepali), interpersonal skills and strong decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge on sourcing right candidates for right roles
  • Developed recruitment strategies
  • Organisation skills with proven ability to manage multiple hiring within deadlines
  • Developed, implemented and monitored recruitment policy, procedures and standards in Nepal
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, experience with online job portal and HR software.
  • Knowledge on Nepalese HR context and hands on employee relations
  • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
  • Previous experience working with a BPO or offshore team would be advantageous
  • Previous experience working in Australia would be an advantage
