Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all customers when entering or leaving the clinic
- Liaise with doctors, physiotherapist and other team members to ensure that patients receive a seamless experience
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Cross-sell services and introduce new ones (e.g. medical massages, physiotherapy and medications )
- Ensure that the housekeeping staff have done their job properly in the area overlooking the reception
- Prepare reports necessary on the clinic’s functioning on the provided performance
- Send reminders to the patients on appointment
- Receive and convey customer/patient feedback to team and HoD
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Maintain accurate documentation of the customer information
- Stay informed on all services provided by the clinic to be able to answer the queries of the customers
