Job Description
  • Answer all incoming calls an handle caller's inquiries.
  • Redirect calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
  • Doctor's appointment management.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms & brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Possessed with the sense of empathy.
Job Specification
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representation or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in both Nepali and English.
  • Ability to be resourceful and take charge when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Patient service attitude.
  • Well groomed.
  • Telephone skills
