Job Description
- Answer all incoming calls an handle caller's inquiries.
- Redirect calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
- Doctor's appointment management.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms & brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Possessed with the sense of empathy.
Job Specification
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representation or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Ability to be resourceful and take charge when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Patient service attitude.
- Well groomed.
