Job Description
  • Manage door-to-door in order to achieve newspaper subscription targets
  • Ensure all related subscription sales staff and third-party vendors are engaged, productive and properly trained to execute these sales initiatives.
  • Experience in developing new business relationships in subscriptions sales
  • Ability to mentor and tutor subscriptions sales team
  • Capacity to excel at both sales and management
  • A driven and persistent nature that facilitates success in Newspaper subscriptions sales  .
  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of subscription staff
  • Effectively lead a carrier force to ensure efficient and timely delivery of the newspaper
  • Actively participate as part of the management team
  • Creating new, effective marketing programs as well as exceptional customer service, while focusing on subscriber retention 
  • Assist with delivery routes when needed
