Job Description
- Manage door-to-door in order to achieve newspaper subscription targets
- Ensure all related subscription sales staff and third-party vendors are engaged, productive and properly trained to execute these sales initiatives.
- Experience in developing new business relationships in subscriptions sales
- Ability to mentor and tutor subscriptions sales team
- Capacity to excel at both sales and management
- A driven and persistent nature that facilitates success in Newspaper subscriptions sales .
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of subscription staff
- Effectively lead a carrier force to ensure efficient and timely delivery of the newspaper
- Actively participate as part of the management team
- Creating new, effective marketing programs as well as exceptional customer service, while focusing on subscriber retention
- Assist with delivery routes when needed

- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
