- Handling telephone calls and e-mails.
- Follow up agents by phone calls or field visit regularly on the ground of target given and actually paid transactions.
- Preparing monthly report of transactions and communicate to the concerned
- Contact agents and Regional staffs to collect documents
- Stay vigilant about schemes and marketing policies of competitors and co-ordinate with a team member to develop a new strategy
- Fluency in the English language
Job Specification
- Experience required: +1. in customer service will be added advantage
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Management
- Specific requirement: Knowledge of MS Office
- 2 wheelers license is preferred.
