Job Description
- Assist with organizing promotional events
- Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g., brochures)
- Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- Perform administrative tasks of the marketing department to ensure smooth functioning
- Stock maintenance of marketing merchandise, equipment’s, products
- Responsible for delivery and pick up of items/products/documents for marketing activities
- Record keeping of marketing expenses/ invoices and maintaining accruals
- Providing support to marketing managers by answering phones, taking messages and scheduling meetings
Job Specification
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Maintain high standards for creative output
