Position: Marketing Assistant Officer (Female) (Recent Job)

Job Description

• Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, preparing payrolls, placing orders, and answering calls
• Sorts and distributes incoming mail
• Organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff mostly Doctors. 
• Identifying and establishing new business
• Negotiating contracts
• Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctor
• Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
• Maintaining detailed records
• Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Reviewing sales performance
• Writing reports and other documents
