Position: Manager (Recent Job)

Administer all import and export of goods and supervise delivery of all goods
Ensure safety in all transportation and design cost effective methods for same and analyze best means of transport for all products
Maintain subject matter expertise in all import and export operations and evaluate all company businesses
Collaborate with senior management and ensure compliance to all trade regulations and changes and provide training to all company employees for all import processes
Monitor implementation of all department operations and ensure compliance to all regulations for department
Establish all targets and streamline processes to incorporate all government regulations
Design all compliance forms and templates and prepare required reports and maintain an efficient import and export classification databases
Ensure accuracy in same and ensure compliance to all regulations
Assist all companies in import and export operations and implement trade agreement programs and maintain internal controls for same

Should look after overall management of an organization from visiting the market and clients to looking after sales, strategy, monitoring, order planning, coordinating with parent organization
Should be willing to visit out of valley for market development and even out of country as well
Should be a team leader
Should have good communication skills both in English and Nepali
Should be willing to work under pressure and have hunger for sales
Should be have Bachelors degree preferably in Management
Should possess good computer skills in word and excel
Candidate having prior experience in cleaning service or similar field would be given priority
Candidate with their own two wheeler is an added advantage
