Job Description
- Ensure more than 95% reliability of the plant/equipment with proper preventive maintenance & spare parts management
- Plan for capital expenditure & revenue improvement projects & ensure that the same are completed as per schedule
Knowledge & Skills:
- Sound knowledge of maintenance of plant, utility equipment, and MHE equipment
- Auto-CAD or similar Engineering Drawing tools
- TPM/Kaizen concepts and Breakdown Analysis with CAPA will be more preferred
- Safety Compliances
- Documentation work related to ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015
- Clear Logical understanding of the issues
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving
- Able to lead a team of technicians and work effectively under pressure
