Job Description

I'm looking to build an ongoing collaborative relationship with an IT support person. I'm very kind, appreciative and enjoy building a working relationship that nourishes both parties. Nearly everything is Windows-based, both on the server and desktop side.

Qualification:

 

  • BCA / BCIS, B.E. in Computer Science, Bachelors in Computer Science, Bachelors in Engineering, BIT / BIM(S)

 

Requirements:

  • You possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be punctual, responsible, self-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Good at making documentation, writing reports, updating processes.
  • You know that every bit of work you do makes a real difference in making our customers happy.
  • You exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working with customers through issues.
  • Ability to think on one’s feet, learn a complex product inside and out, and quickly resolve issues and meet customer expectations. 
  • Certifications in Microsoft apps/OS are a plus.

Job Description:

  • Network and server admin, workstation/desktop support, maintenance tasks.
  • Solve complex technical issues that arise around the VPN service to customers ("Level 2 support").
  • Provide customers with ongoing advice beyond the installation of the product
  • Keep track of customer feedback and highlight any repetitive or broader issues to your manager - Conduct remote support sessions over Teamviewer and Screenconnect with customers.
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships by learning about each customer's individual needs and business goals and figuring out how that customer can best use our product platforms and features
  • Identify, reproduce, and document bugs for the Engineering teams.
